The L&C Railway is a line haul carrier which connects with CSXT and Norfolk Southern Railroads. The L&C has established its own tariffs for local L&C station to station moves, intermodal plant switching, and demurrage costs. Rates for rail movements received inbound for L&C customers are published in tariffs of the originating carrier at the station of origin. Rates for outbound moves from customers on the L&C to stations on other carriers are published in tariffs by CSXT and Norfolk Southern Corporation. Contract rates are also available from the L&C, CSXT and Norfolk Southern if certain volume criteria are met.
